Cancellation Policy

At Kitchenista, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

❌ Order Cancellation Rules

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

🚫 Non-Cancellable Products

For hygiene and usage reasons, the following products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, even before dispatch:

  • 2 in 1 Food Chopper

  • Blender 3 in 1

⚠️ Important Notes

  • If you provide incorrect shipping details and the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel or refund it.

  • Kitchenista reserves the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
